RETURN AND REFUNDS
At Cloud Apparels, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, our return and exchange policy is simple and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
• The product is unused and unwashed
• Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The item is not a final sale or discounted beyond a certain threshold (See below)
2. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange
• Wrong size received
• Wrong color/style delivered
• Defective or damaged item
• Quality issues
We do not accept returns for color variations due to lighting/screen differences.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
• Worn, washed, or damaged garments
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items marked “final sale” or purchased during special clearance offers
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Simply email us at care@cloudapparels.in within 7 days of receiving the product with the following details:
• Order ID
• Reason for return/exchange
• Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
Our team will get back within 24–48 hours with approval and instructions.
5. Pickup & Reverse Logistics
• We offer free reverse pickup from most pin codes.
• If your pin code is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
• In case of an exchange, we’ll dispatch the new product once we receive the original item.
6. Refund Process
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after the product passes the quality check.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your UPI/bank account after confirmation.
7. Exchange Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.
