Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Return approved and product passes quality check
• Order was cancelled in time
• Product is out of stock
• Delivery is refused and the item is returned in good condition (may be subject to deductions).

Refund Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after you share the required account details.

Deductions May Apply If:

• The product is used or damaged.
• Tags or original packaging are missing.
• Return shipping charges apply (in case of delivery refusal or cancellations).

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

• The return is requested after 7 days of delivery.
• The product fails the quality check.
• The item is marked as final sale or is part of a deep discount offer.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (within India only).
• A ₹50 COD charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Tier 2/3 Cities: 4–7 days
• Remote Areas: 5–9 days

Note: Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier constraints, or public holidays.

Packaging

• All items are shipped in tamper-proof, hygienic, and eco-friendly packaging.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
